This is a video of the test of the lag between physical controller movement and controller movement in Unity.
The time (measured by watch) was 2.15 seconds. Measured by the position tracking, the time was estimated to be 2.60 seconds, but more precise measurement techniques are needed. The graph of the position of the controller along the x-axis (the axis the red bar is aligned with) is shown below.
